Dr. Jay Patel graduated from Cornell in 1990 and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Northwestern University in Chicago in 1995. Committed to excellence, Dr. Patel has achieved Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry. This distinction is given only to those dentists who have advanced training to test proficiency and mastership in each of the disciplines in dentistry. It is a distinction that less than 3 percent of the dentists in the country have attained. As a Fellow, Dr. Patel is proud to be counted as one of the nation’s best trained dentists. In addition, Dr. Patel has received advanced training in Neuromuscular Orthodontics from the world renowned Las Vegas Institute for advanced Dental Studies (LVI). He is only one of two dentists in New Hampshire that provide Neuromuscular orthodontic treatment for children and adults using computerized instrumentation to obtain optimal jaw positioning and structural health. He is an active member of the International Association of Orthodontists (IAO) and the American Orthodontic Society (AOS). Dr. Patel enjoys traveling, reading and is an avid golfer. He and his wife, Dr. Manisha Patel have a 2 year old daughter named Riyah.

Dr. Manisha Patel received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the prestigious Northwestern University in Chicago in 1996. Labeled a perfectionist by her patients, her attention to the finest details has made her one of New England’s top cosmetic dentists. Her personal commitment to perfecting the art of dentistry has enabled Dr. Patel to undertake several years of post-graduate training at the world renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies ( LVI), a preeminent post-graduate training center for advanced cosmetic dentistry and complex reconstructive rehabilitation. Worldwide, the LVI name represents the pinnacle of dental education excellence, and Dr. Patel is proud to be among the select few dentists in the country to have achieved graduate status.

In addition, Dr. Patel has advanced training in the treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJ/TMD) and is only one of two dentists in New Hampshire who specializes in the use of sophisticated computerized instrumentation to diagnose and treat this disorder. She has lectured to various medical organizations on the diagnosis and treatment of TMJ/TMD and has several articles published regarding the revolutionary treatment for TMJ/TMD that she provides. Her credentials have inspired patients throughout New England to seek her services for smile makeovers, full mouth reconstruction and treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJ).
